Adi Bathla
I have been building in the auto repair space since 2022, which now amounts to nearly three years of dedicated work. In that time, I co-founded Revv to introduce AI-driven workflows to ADAS calibrations and diagnostics, with the goal of bridging a major gap in repair technology. My journey into the industry began in 2019, when my family’s national auto parts distribution business gave me early exposure to the operational challenges shops face, sparking my determination to solve them.
The Porsche 911 inspires me because it has evolved for decades without losing its soul—just like how I think about building a company: keep innovating and adapting, but never forget your core purpose.
I share my learnings through podcasts and writing, including contributions to outlets like the Forbes Technology Council. At the same time, I make a point of getting out into the world to refuel, whether by immersing myself in new cultures, uncovering layers of history, or collecting stories from the people I meet. These adventures constantly shape the way I think and the work I produce.
