ADAS Specialists of Texas has partnered with Revv to bring hands-on ADAS education their Texas location. In a series of full-day, practical education sessions, ADAS leaders, collision experts, OEM partners, and technology innovators will learn diagnostic best practices, calibration execution, and workflow automation.

You'll get live calibration demos, working sessions on real-world scenarios, an I-CAR industry update, and dedicated networking time with the operators, tool manufacturers, and solution providers shaping how ADAS work gets done in 2026 and beyond.

Breakfast and lunch are included. Seats are limited to 35 attendees, and registration is required.

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM | Coffee and breakfast Arrive early, grab coffee, and meet the other attendees before the day kicks off.

9:00 AM - 9:15 AM | Welcome and what to expect A quick overview of the day's structure, speakers, and how to get the most out of each session.

9:15 AM - 9:45 AM | Introductions Each attendee shares who they are, what kind of shop they run, and what they're hoping to take away from the day. This is a small group on purpose - everyone here has something to contribute.

9:45 AM - 10:15 AM | Session 1: Is ADAS in your shop? - Joel Adcock A look at where ADAS calibration stands today in the average collision repair shop. Joel covers the identification gaps that cause missed calibrations, why scan tools alone aren't catching everything, and what shops need to know about OEM requirements that go beyond DTCs.

10:15 AM - 10:45 AM | Session 2: I-CAR industry update - Joel McElroy An update from I-CAR on training standards, industry trends, and what's changing in ADAS education and certification. Joel McElroy covers where the industry is headed and what shops should be preparing for now.

10:45 AM - 11:15 AM | Networking break Thirty minutes to connect with other attendees, follow up on what you've heard so far, and compare notes with shops running similar operations.

11:15 AM - 12:15 PM | Session 3: AirPro education session - Ben Flowers A focused session from AirPro on remote diagnostics, scanning workflows, and how shops are using connected diagnostic tools to support ADAS calibration and repair processes.

12:15 PM - 1:15 PM | Working lunch: Calibration scenarios - Chuck Dike and Jim Farrar Lunch is on us. While you eat, Chuck Dike and Jim Farrar walk through real calibration scenarios - the kind of edge cases and decision points that come up in production and don't always have obvious answers.

1:15 PM - 1:30 PM | Calibration demos: What to expect A brief explanation of the afternoon demo stations, what you'll see, and why hands-on exposure to the calibration process matters - whether you're performing calibrations in-house or subletting to a partner.

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM | Live calibration demos Hands-on time at ADAS Specialists of Texas. Watch static calibrations performed on real vehicles, ask questions, and see the documentation and workflow steps that support each procedure. This is the centerpiece of the day - two hours of live, in-facility calibration work.

3:00 PM - 3:30 PM | Networking and speed round A final round of introductions, quick conversations, and connection-building before the day wraps. If there's someone you haven't talked to yet, now's the time.

3:30 PM - 4:00 PM | Wrap-up and Q&A Open floor for remaining questions, key takeaways from the day, and next steps for staying connected with this group.
