ADAS camera sensors: What they power and when to calibrate

Revv wins SEMA New Product Showcase award in Collision Repair category

Every year, SEMA's New Product Showcase is one of the most competitive recognition programs in the automotive aftermarket industry. More than 1,600 products competed across 18 categories this year, evaluated on innovation, technical achievement, quality, consumer appeal, and marketability.

With the number of participants involved, I'm incredibly proud to share that Revv won a New Product Showcase award at SEMA 2025 in the Collision Repair category. We took home this recognition for our Integrations Ecosystem, a suite of connections that sync calibration data directly into the tools shops and insurers already use every day.

Winners get announced at the SEMA Show Kickoff Breakfast in front of the entire industry, and honestly, hearing our name called was surreal.

What we built

Our Integrations Ecosystem connects Revv directly with the platforms collision repair professionals rely on for their day-to-day work. We built integrations with AllData, RepairLogic, CCC (with two-way functionality), and Autel.

The goal our team set out after was simple enough.

We wanted to eliminate the manual data entry and documentation headaches that slow down repairs and create frustration between shops, insurers, and technicians.

How it works in practice

Revv pulls repair procedures from leading providers directly into our platform, so technicians can understand calibration requirements without scrolling through pages of OEM documentation.

With our CCC two-way integration, calibration documentation gets added to estimates with just a click. Autel users can share scan reports back to Revv instantly. Everything stays connected, everyone stays aligned, and the repair process moves faster.

The collision repair industry has reached a point where shops are managing nearly three times as many administrative staff as mechanical shops just to handle insurance documentation and increasingly complex ADAS claim requirements.

Our Integrations Ecosystem was built specifically to address that burden.

Innovation truly matters in this industry

Products like ours only exist because the industry demanded them. And that demand comes from shops dealing with real problems every single day: manual data entry errors, insurance documentation back-and-forth, technicians switching between multiple different systems to complete one calibration.

These are tangible challenges. They cost shops time, money, and sometimes customers.

New products and services keep pushing this industry forward because they solve these exact problems.

When one company figures out how to automate a painful manual process or connect previously siloed systems, it raises the bar for everyone.

Shops expect better tools. Insurers expect better documentation. Technicians expect workflows that actually support their expertise rather than bog them down in administrative tasks.

And all of this leads to the outcome that actually matters: getting safer cars back on the road.

Every calibration identified correctly, every repair documented properly, every vehicle that leaves a shop with its ADAS systems functioning as intended represents progress toward that goal. Innovation in this space directly translates to safety improvements for drivers and their families.

Our team made this possible

I want to be clear about something: this award belongs to our entire team at Revv.

Building an integrations ecosystem requires coordination across engineering, product, partnerships, customer success, and every other department at Revv.

Our engineers architected systems that handle data seamlessly across multiple platforms. Our partnerships team worked directly with integration partners to ensure everything functioned exactly as shops needed. Our product team listened to hundreds of hours of customer feedback to understand which integrations would deliver the most value.

Every person at Revv contributed to making this ecosystem work. And honestly, that collaborative effort across the entire company is what I'm most proud of. We built something that genuinely helps shops, and we did it together.

SEMA 2025 so far

As of this writing, SEMA 2025 is happening right now in Las Vegas, and our team is there showcasing the Integrations Ecosystem along with our other recent platform releases and a new issue of Revv magazine

If you're at the show, come find us at Booths #30203 and #35214 in South Hall Upper.

If you're not, but you want to learn more about how our integrations can streamline your shop's workflow and eliminate manual documentation headaches, reach out to our team.

Even in these few early conversations, I’ve heard confirmation of what we’ve been talking about all along. The collision repair industry continues to be in the midst of massive change.

ADAS technology is now standard on most vehicles. Insurance requirements and expectations are evolving constantly. Shops are dealing with liability concerns that didn't exist five years ago.

And through all of this change, the industry continues to adapt, learn, and build better systems.

Products that win awards like this one represent way more than just clout or recognition or whatnot.

In my mind, they showcase (pun intended) the industry's collective commitment to solving hard problems and improving outcomes for everyone involved in the repair process.

Congratulations to all the other SEMA New Product Showcase winners and runners-up. And thank you to everyone at Revv who made this possible.
